1. Auction will start to close at: 8:00 AM on Saturday, April 18, 2026
2. Buyers Premium: A 13% buyer’s premium is added to every purchase. This means that if winning bids add up to $100.00, you will be charged $113.00 at checkout.
3. Payment: Cash, PA check, or credit card. Unless other arrangements are made, your card will be charged. There is no discount for paying with cash or check
4. Pick up: Saturday, April 18, 2026 (day of auction) or Monday, April 20-24, 2026, from 7 am to 5 pm at 114 Cocalico Creek Rd, Ephrata.
Bring a vehicle that is appropriate for the items you bought, manpower (brothers, sisters, or friends), blankets for packaging, and whatever else you need to safely load the items that you purchase.
WE DO NOT HAVE STAFF TO HELP MOVE OR LOAD YOUR ITEMS
We will have someone at the location to help you find your items.
